For my 29th birthday, my parents gave me the greatest gift which was the raw tasting menu at Charlie Trotters. I had never been and here I was, able to eat a delectable meal at one of Chicago's finest and it was RAW! There are no words to describe how delicious it was. The pictures are nice, but the flavors were spot on!
