I have to admit, I have been pretty lazy when it comes to this blog.  I recently got an email that said if I don't write a blog, I'll lose my ENTIRE blog!  That scared me...so of course I am posting!

For those of you who don't know me, I bake pastries for people with allergies.  Although I studied in France I consider myself well rounded and can bake for many types of people! Please contact me if you have allergies (or don't!) and want delicious pastries!
